The Program of AgroReS 2024 consists of a plenary session and four scientific sessions: Crop Science, Horticulture, Animal Production and Agricultural Economics and Rural Development. Integral parts of the symposium program are presentations by institutions, companies and other entities that are interested in promotion within the sessions of the AgroReS 2024. The official language of the symposium is English.
Plenary session
The plenary session is provided by the organizer of the AgroReS 2024 by inviting prominent experts and scientists to prepare an oral presentation on a current topic in the field of agricultural and related sciences. The time allotted for presentations in the plenary session is up to 30 minutes.
Scientific sessions
Scientific sessions are organized based on accepted abstracts or full papers. When submitting abstracts or full papers, authors have the option to choose the type of presentation (oral or poster) and assign their presentation to the appropriate session. The Scientific Committee of the AgroReS 2024 reserves the right to make the final decision on the type of presentation and to assign presentations by session independently of the author’s decision. The corresponding author will be notified in a timely manner on the acceptance of the abstract or full paper, the type of presentation and the session to which the presentation is assigned.
We kindly ask presenting participants to follow the instructions for oral and poster presentations. Also, we kindly ask the presenting participants to send their presentations in PowerPoint or PDF format to symposium@agro.unibl.org no later than May 27, 2024.
Instructions for oral presentations:
- time allotted for the oral presentation is a maximum of 10 minutes, except for the invited lecture, for which a maximum of 15 minutes is allotted,
- the content of presentation is structured into an introduction, material and method, results and conclusion,
- the presentation is prepared in PowerPoint format with the following specifications: landscape slide orientation, widescreen (16:9) slide size.
Instructions for poster presentations:
- the poster is prepared as a presentation in PowerPoint format with the following specifications: maximum 3 slides, landscape slide orientation, widescreen (16:9) slide size,
- the content of the poster presentation is structured into introduction, material and method, results and conclusion,
- the poster is presented orally for a maximum of 2 minutes.
