You can participate in AgroReS with an oral or poster presentation for which you previously submitted an abstract that was positively reviewed and accepted for publication in the Book of Abstracts.
Paper submission is optional for participants. If authors decide to submit the paper, they have two publishing options: Proceedings of AgroReS or Agro-knowledge Journal (Agroznanje). For more information on publishing your submitted papers, please visit our page Publishing.
Authors submit abstract or paper via the Form for submitting Abstract or Paper available on this page. Before submitting, we advise you to read the Instruction for submission.
Instruction for submission
- Start by entering the title of your abstract or paper, selecting the appropriate thematic field, and marking the student as the presenting author if applicable. Then, provide information for all authors, including name and affiliation. Use the “Add another author” button for additional authors and “Remove Author” to delete any.
- Choose whether to submit an abstract or paper. If submitting a paper, select the publication option – Proceedings of AgroReS or Agro-knowledge Journal. Next, select your presentation type – oral or poster.
- Enter an abstract with a maximum of 300 words, clearly outlining aim, material and method, results, and conclusion. Citations, tables, graphs, and images are not allowed. Three to five keywords are recommended.
- If submitting a paper, upload it as a Word file (.doc or .docx) using the “Choose File” button. The file title will appear in the Submission form once successfully uploaded.
- In the final steps, you can request a Pro forma invoice for the registration fee, and leave a comment.
- The submission is complete when the “Send Submission” button turns green. Click it to finalize.
For multiple submissions, repeat the process for each abstract or paper.
The corresponding author will receive an email confirmation.
